This thank-you note is long overdue, but wanted to express my thanks for your help to pull off a great event last week (6Dec) at the ACM.

All the guests were impressed by the set-up, décor, quality of the food and professionalism exhibited by the Rasel staff. They especially liked the seafood pie, and the prawn fritters with chicken floss!

Thanks again for a great event, and we will be looking forward to working with Rasel for future events.

TThe email is to say that the catering service for our function of our son’s first month party was very satisfactory. The food delivery was punctual and the display was very well done. My guests were impressed with the food quality and tastes, which was very important for us. This is to also thank your set up crew, Mr Richard and his colleague, for their service excellence.

Service is very good, overall. Requests were accommodated as much as possible and lunch reception was rushed to the best staff could when we had to start earlier than stipulated time. Prompt responses were provided during confirmation of menu and sales.

Thanks for the arrangement and being patient and accommodating to our request. Your staff was punctual, helpful and courteous too.

Our house warming party on Saturday was a great success. All our 50+ guests enjoyed the buffet spread. Most have taken your card and I am sure they will be calling.

Everything was great last night! Everyone loves the food, and I must say the Satay Bee Hoon is delicious. I had 2nd helping.

Unfortunately, the turnout was like 100 odd pax only!

Oh well, nothing can be perfect!

Apologies for the late reply. We are consolidating the feedback, and Emily is very busy now with the administration work to wrap up the year while I’m planning for next year.

There wasn’t much feedback on the party, everyone loves Rasel food, as usual, so I’m hoping to work with you again to provide for all our training sessions. Perhaps we can sit down and discuss about a package at the end of this year?

Thanks once again for all your hardwork this year, and I look forward to working with you again in 2012.

I’m at work again after arriving back in Edmonton on Sunday. The event was wonderful – the food was great and the staff were easy to deal with and accommodating. The set up was good as well and overall the event was a success.
