Created out of a dream, passion and a leap of faith to create catering solutions, Rasel Catering was established in 1997 with a small staff strength of 4 in a humble shophouse in Telok Blangah. Since then Rasel has grown from strength to strength. Today we moved to a much bigger premise at Pandan Loop, to accommodate its growing catering business.
Below are excerpts of an interview with the Managing Director and Creative Director.
The dream that started Rasel is simply to provide the best possible catering experience to our clients. Our passion to provide a total dining experience that include delicious food, great service and comfortable ambience has been consistent and making its move to the best.
We truly believe that the value of satisfied clients and their glowing testimonials is immeasurable and cannot be bought.
As the saying goes, to achieve success once may be luck, twice may be fluke but thrice or more is skills and hard work.
With a keen interest in the arts, it made me think out of the box all the time. Today, catering does not just refer to buffet but interesting themed setup alongside with nice food. Hence, dining is never complete without the right ambience. This is why, the reason we decided to embark on designing ambience and food to create a total catering experience for our clients.
We also deal with weddings which give us occasional challenges in designing creative concepts and themes so as to help them turn their desires and dreams into the ideal wedding celebration - A perfect wedding in the envy of all eyes.
Finally, at the end of the event, we see the smiles on our clients’ face which are invaluable and it became the driving force for my catering inspiration.
