  • Assistant Marketing Manager

    • Actively plan and implement initiatives to grow market share/category and increase brand awareness
    • Manage the marketing mix of pricing, promotion, products and distribution to improve profitability and sales
    • Implement and track responses of marketing strategies by working closely with sales team and strategic stakeholders

  • Assistant Sales Manager/Sales Manager/Sales Executive

    • Respond to telephone/online catering sales enquiries
    • Build and maintain good client relationship and rapport
    • Solicit new corporate clients through cold calling and sales visit
    • Assist clients in professional event planning, packaging and menu selection
    • Keep abreast of trends and developments in catering industry
    • Actively brainstorming of creative ideas in improving catering services to clients
    • Account for sales and profitability of event orders and ensure smooth operations of catering functions
    • Possess O Level/Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing with at least 2 years of relevant experience in F&B industry will be an advantage
    • Self-disciplined, proactive and have strong sense of urgency

  • Accounts Executive

    • Prepare full sets of accounts
    • Preparation of payment to supplier and staff reimbursement on a timely basis
    • Assist in monthly closing of accounts and processing month end journal
    • Ensure all accounting records are properly prepared and documented for audit purpose
    • Monthly intercompany reconciliation / audit schedule preparation
    • Manage the management accounting function
    • Manage cash flow
    • Analyse and prepare GST reports, perform monthly bank reconciliation
    • Key coordinator for company auditors and tax agents
    • Other admin works and ad hoc finance related assignments
