Our Story

Over a career spanning close to four decades, Chef Edmund Toh has perfected the art of great cooking. Known for blending an innate ability to creatively visualize and manifest irresistible flavours and taste with an infectious passion for fine food, this master of taste is a much-admired legend in culinary circles in South East Asia.

During his illustrious career, Chef Edmund has graced the kitchens of numerous six-star luxury hotels and resorts in Singapore, China, Korea and Egypt, as the Executive Chef managing and directing hundreds of top-notch chefs. He served as the Assistant Vice President-Culinary at Singapore’s iconic Resorts World Sentosa, heading the entire culinary operations that included about 60 F&B concepts and overseeing over 500 chefs. He has also led the F&B operations at other internationally-acclaimed brands such as The Ritz- Carlton, Westin and Suntec Singapore.

He has the honour of personally cooking for Heads of State and global celebrities including President George W. Bush, Prime Minister Vladimir Putin and eminent golfer Tiger Woods.

Chef Edmund has been on the International Culinary Panel of Singapore Airlines, which is consistently ranked among the world’s best for its unmatched in-flight service. He has frequently worked alongside several celebrity- including Gordon Ramsay- and other Michelin-star chefs from around the world. He is a World Chef Certified Judge (B) and has been a member of the jury at several culinary competitions across South East Asia.
